About Brasserie Gavroche
French dining in Singapore
WE ARE
BRASSERIE GAVROCHE
Rooted in tradition and built on heritage, Brasserie Gavroche is an institution in the heart of Singapore, capturing the charm and authenticity of a traditional French brasserie. From antique mosaic floor tiles to vintage furniture and a 1930s bar counter imported from the legendary Café de la Paix in Paris, every detail of the restaurant is designed to transport guests to the heart of the French capital.
The Story of Brasserie Gavroche Singapore
Founded in 2011 by French chef Frédéric Colin, Brasserie Gavroche is a heartfelt Grand-Père tribute to his grandfather, Chef Henri, whose legacy lives on through the menu.
Drawing from old family recipes, Frédéric revives oft-forgotten Parisian classics with finesse and generosity — staying true to the roots of a family-owned French restaurant.
Signature dishes include French Onion Soup, Fish Quenelles, and Duck Confit, all crafted with the freshest ingredients and a focus on simplicity to honour their natural flavours.
A Taste of France in Singapore, Honouring Generations of Tradition
More than a restaurant, Brasserie Gavroche is a living memory of French culinary tradition — a place where diners experience not just exceptional food, but the warmth, charm, and conviviality of a real Parisian brasserie.
Founded in 2011 and named after the iconic character from “Les Misérables” Brasserie Gavroche is a tribute to Chef Frédéric’s heritage and the timeless allure of Paris.
Dining here is more than a meal, it’s a journey to Paris,
where the essence of French cuisine and culture comes alive.
